The aim of this study is to determine the direction and level of the possible relationship between the leadership styles of school administrators perceived by teachers and the organizational happiness and motivation levels of teachers. The study comprises the teachers working at pre-school, primary, secondary, high school and special education in the city center of Erzincan in 2013-2014 school year. 547 teachers have been included in the study group of the research. According to teacher perceptions, it has been determined that school administrators generally exhibit transformational leadership behavior. It has been observed that teachers' organizational happiness and motivation perceptions are at a high level. It is seen that transformational leadership and liberating leadership style are significant predictors of organizational happiness. It is seen that only the transformational leadership style is a significant predictor on the motivation sub-dimensions, while the follow-up leadership style and the liberating leadership style are not a significant predictor. According to the results of the correlation analysis, it is seen that there is a positive moderate relationship with the transformational leadership style and the motivation sub-dimensions, internal factors and external factors, and a high level positive relationship with managerial processes. It is seen that there is a highly significant positive correlation between transformational leadership style and organizational happiness.
