This research aims to examine the relationship between job satisfaction and life satisfaction of teachers working in the Ministry of National Education. In this study, it is predicted that in line with the information obtained by examining the relationship between job satisfaction and life satisfaction of teachers, who have a great role in shaping the society, and by considering the variables that affect the relationship between them, information about the relationship between teachers' job satisfaction and life satisfaction can be obtained. Within the scope of the study, a survey was conducted with 162 teachers from various branches working in schools affiliated to the Ministry of National Education. Job satisfaction scale, life satisfaction scale and personal information form were applied to the participants. The information obtained from the data collection tools delivered to the participants as an online scale was subjected to comparative and relational analysis methods. According to the findings obtained in the research; It was found that there is a significant relationship between general job satisfaction and life satisfaction. The results of this research will show the ways to increase the professional performance and life satisfaction of teachers by revealing the factors affecting job satisfaction and life satisfaction and the relationships between these factors. Improvements to be made according to the results of the research will make a positive contribution to all stakeholders of education, especially teachers and students.
