Since receiving the sovereignty Kyrgyzstan has been continuing collaborative work with the Republic of Turkey in terms of policy, economy and culture. Today, schools, colleges, universities, and firms opened by Turkey are continuing to work in Kyrgyzstan. The language is the most important element that plays major role in providing interpersonal communication and joint operation. In spite of the same language origin, one can still encounter with difficulties in learning the Turkish and Kyrgyz languages. The Kyrgyz before learning the Turkish language isn’t still aware of the fact that there are a lot of Turkish words in Kyrgyz vocabulary. The same situation can be said for the Turks. Being considered that the joint works in all areas will be useful for both countries, the researches on list of the words having same meaning in both languages and on their meaning have been done. This study has been published as a dictionary. There are about five thousand common words of both languages in this dictionary. While the contents of this dictionary is being described, the common words of these affinity languages will be discussed.
