It is called design principles which form the building blocks of the study and which have a wide range of expressive powers, in other words, to create a design or artwork.In order to create a design, specific guidelines are needed. These guidelines are called design principles. These principles affect the arrangement of objects in a work, their interaction with each other. Creating awareness and ensuring interaction is one of the main objectives of the designer. The aim of this article is to gather the elements and principles of design which are encountered in different sources and in some different categories, in some categories and categories. and, if any, the changes they have undergone since the first year. Today, we can see the same or similar principles explained under different headings in different sources. Even if a theoretical and methodological approach is made, it is noted that the English equivalents are used in order to understand the possible misunderstandings in understanding these characteristics which can only be possible with the application. The individuals and schools involved in the formation of design elements and principles are explained with the most important lines, how they are influenced by each other and how they contribute to the formation of design principles and principles.
