1488711183 THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN ORGANIZATIONAL JUSTICE, ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT AND MOTIVATION

The aim of this study is to examine the relationship between organizational justice, organizational commitment and motivation. In accordance with this purpose; organizational justice, organizational commitment and motivation levels are investigated in a public institute. Research data has been obtained from 361 officers in 5 counties of Istanbul by surveys. Survey partipicants are determined by convenience sampling model. Organizational justice, organizational commitment and motivation scales are used in the survey. The research is based on relational screening model. Data obtained in this research are analyzed by SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) 21.0. Descriptive statistical methods ( number, percentage, average and standard deviation) are used to evaluate the data. To compare quantitative data t test is used, to compare the groups more than two one-way ANOVA test is used and Tukey Post Hoc test is used to determine the difference. The relation between the dependent and independent parameters of the research is tested with Pearson correlation and the effect is tested with regression analysis. Organizational Justice, organizational commitment and motivation are found at medium level. It is found that there is a significant but weak relationship between organizational justice and organizational commitment and organizational justice has a positive effect on organizational commitment and motivation. Thus it is concluded that organizational commitment and motivation levels of the employees can be enhanced by improving organizational justice implementations.
