ABSTRACT
In this study, a short descrition of art concept which refers to the status of these concept in our time have been done. Arts management and arts manager concepts are described. Arts management, communities that the importance of cultural values in their and have mentioned the impact of the operation of management functions. Arts management functions (Planning, Organizing, Execution, Coordination, Control) are described everyone. Also, the complex structure of art management is mentioned. The country’s policies position in the art management is tried to explain; mentioned characteristics of a good art manager. A short history of art management is explained and associated with today.
